2. Orders and Deliverables

Orders for services, information products, or goods must be placed through our online portal. All deliverables will be provided according to the details specified at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. Any delay in payment may result in order suspension or cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Invoice Management Services

If you are not fully satisfied with our core invoice management services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service start date. You may also request to reschedule the service at no extra charge. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4.2 Information Products

For digital guides and online courses, you may request a refund within 10 days of access if you have not downloaded all materials. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Once the full content has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be provided.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a replacement or refund to the original payment method will be issued within 14 days.

4.4 Non-Refundable and Custom Services

Certain expedited, custom, or add-on services are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources. These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable during purchase. No refunds will be granted for these items except as required by applicable law.
