To schedule recurring invoices, go to the Invoices section, select “Create
New,” and toggle the Recurring option. Choose your frequency—weekly, monthly or custom—set the start
date and duration, then save. FacturaInline will automatically generate and send invoices according
to your settings.
Yes. Under Settings > Templates, you can select from several
professionally designed layouts, upload your logo, adjust colors and fonts, and include or remove
fields such as payment terms or purchase order number. All changes appear in real time to help you
match your brand.
FacturaInline’s approval workflow lets you assign roles and define
multi-step sign-off processes. Once an invoice is drafted, it will be routed to the first approver.
After approval or comments, it moves to the next designated reviewer until final sign-off, ensuring

Yes. The FacturaInline mobile app for iOS and Android provides full
invoice management. You can create, edit, send and track invoices from anywhere with an internet
connection. Push notifications keep you informed of approvals and client activity.
Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar, choose your accounting platform,
and follow the guided authentication steps. Once connected, invoices and payment statuses sync
automatically, reducing manual entry and ensuring data consistency between systems.
